business intelligence, and criminal investigation. Long produced by SPSS
Inc., it was acquired by IBM in 2009.

SPSS is essential for most of the research projects I work on and it is what students are typically comfortable using.

SPSS is necessary for all REM faculty and many other faculty in the school. We use it in classes, for research, and mentoring students to have skills for future jobs.
