iMac Computer (How to Power On)


To turn on the iMac, locate the
Power Button in the lower right-hand corner of the back of the computer. Press the Power Button and wait for a few seconds until you hear a startup chime. The startup chime confirms that the computer 
has
started up successfully.




Classroom Controls


A control panel is on the wall behind the computer/desk. Below is a diagram that shows the buttons you need to know.




  • Display
    Turn the projector ON or OFF.

  • iMac Button
    To use the iMac, press the LAPTOP VGA button.

  • Laptop Button
    To use a laptop, press the LAPTOP HDMI button.

  • Volume Control
    Adjusts the volume on the projector.



Camera Remote

Auto-Tracking

On the camera remote, you can turn Auto-Tracking ON or OFF.

Presets


Set Preset

Manually set a preset position for a camera. Position the camera where you want it to face using the Arrow buttons on the camera remote. Next, press [PRESET] + [Number (0-9)] if you wish to assign the preset.


Clear Preset (Erase a Preset position)
  • To erase a Preset, press [RESET] + [Numeric button (0-9)]
  • To erase all Presets, press [*] + [#] + [RESET]


Home

Press [Home] to reset the camera position back to the front.


Using Zoom


LSC-648 & 745 have three cameras you can choose from in Zoom—FaceTime HD Camera and two UT-VID Cameras.

  • FaceTime HD Camera:
    The camera built into the iMac. The camera is a little black dot near the display's top edge.

  • UT-VID ##### Cameras
    There are two wall-mounted cameras in the classroom. Switch between them to select your desired view.
