Add Domains and Email Addresses to Safe Senders list in Outlook and O365

Using Outlook:
  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click HOME at the top menu bar.
  3. **Under the Junk heading, click Junk E-mail Options.
  4. Click on the Safe Senders tab.
  5. Click Add.
  6. Enter the domain name you want to add (e.g., "@example.com") and click OK.
  7. Click Apply and then OK to save your changes.

Using Outlook Web App:
  1. **Sign in to your O365 account and go to the Outlook Web App.
  2. Click on the Settings icon (gear icon).
  3. Select View all Outlook settings.
  4. Click on Mail > Junk email.
  5. Under Safe senders and domains, enter the domain name you want to add (e.g., "@example.com") and click Add.
  6. Click Save to save your changes.

Additional Notes:
  • You can also add individual email addresses to the safe senders list.
  • Adding a domain will allow all emails from that domain to bypass the Junk Email filter.
  • Be cautious when adding domains to your safe senders list, as it could potentially allow spam or phishing emails to reach your inbox.
  • If you later decide to remove a domain from your safe senders list, you can follow the same steps and select Remove instead of Add.
