Map Shared Drives (Mac)
You'll need to be connected to the CU network. Wired, wireless, or VPN.
1. In Finder, click on Go, then Connect to Server
2. In Server type in smb://data.ucdenver.pvt/dept/sehd/rhino/ and the drive you need.
The Drives are:
- smb://data.ucdenver.pvt/dept/sehd/rhino/queue
- smb://data.ucdenver.pvt/dept/sehd/rhino/grants
- smb://data.ucdenver.pvt/dept/sehd/rhino/clinicdata
- smb://data.ucdenver.pvt/home/username (your CU Denver Username) (most people no longer use this and instead are using onedrive)
The image example below shows what you would type in to connect to the queue drive.
3. A pop-up window (pictured below) will appear asking you to click connect to continue. Click connect.
4. After you click Connect, another pop-up window will appear as shown below.
Follow these steps to finish connecting.
- Select Registered User
- In Name, enter your university username (this is your CU Denver Username)
- In Password, enter your CU password
- Choose Connect
